Pros: Great prints
Cons: Advances ribbon (looses prints) when power cycles. Bad prints after 1 year (warranty expired)

Purchase the printer from Best Buy just over a year ago. I only had one problem with the printer and that was every time the power was cycled it advanced the print ribbon inside. So if you don't like leaving it on 24/7 or your power goes out then every time you turn it on you lose a print. By the way Kodak knows about it and when confronted they said they sell more print ribbon....
Now the warranty is out and the printer decided it only wants to print on one side of the photo paper. I purchased this for the $299 price. Best Buy suggests I purchase another one from them. Kodak's support in the matter is almost none existent. My advice... Stay away from Kodak and Best Buy.

Oh yea, the thing likes to jam when printing multiple prints.
