Pros: Image stabilization, wide angle lens, HUGE 3in screen to view photos, good zoom
Cons: could be slightly smaller
The bottom line: You catch more people & scenery in your photos, they are clear, and you don't have to squint to see them when you take them.

I am a real estate agent that lists bank owned properties for banks and I just recently purchased this camera. I was so impressed with it within 2 days I bought 3 more of the same camera so everyone on my team could have one! The wide angle lens is amazing for taking photos of homes & rooms. Even the smallest rooms can be captured with just 2 photos. The photos make every room look enormous & the photos make my homes look great on the web. The image stabilization would stabilize the picture even if you just threw one arm up off to the side to take a photo. And the zoom is sufficient enough to zoom into details on the roof/chimney of a 2story building. The added bonus is the huge 3" screen to view the photos as you take them, so you know when you take the photo exactly how it will look when you upload it to the web or print it. The mega pixels is lower than some cameras. But unless you are printing posters - there is really no need for more than the 8 that this camera offers. The photos look great on the Internet & on print. If you are looking for a camera as an appraiser or a real estate agent - I really don't think you will find a better camera that this one.
