Omnipro had the best prices on ink for my printer so I tried them. So far the ink has performed as expected. Communications with Customer Service was excellent by phone and email and I saved $60 over my local (very rural) prices.

I could never complain about the service because when I have questions about my shipment or about the products they answer right away. Plus, I have also called and have been pleased with their attentiveness and help. The cartridges I bought work fantastic and you can't beat the price.

Found Omnipro online thru their eBay store to have one of the most reasonably priced print product stores online. I had several questions and they responded right away. I viewed their feedback and saw that most of the negative comments were in deed minor. I decided to make my purchase and my experience was extremely positive. The communication was fast and thorough. Pricing was excellent - almost too good to be true but it was. I received my HP 4050N rebuilt cartridge soon after I ordered and for being a rebuilt - it looked brand new and prints better than the last cart I bought - which WAS new!

One month later have not received the order

"My experience was that 25 days after ordering the ink cartridge, I had received no product nor any communication whatsoever from the company. I emailed and they said it would be delayed. After I filed a complaint with the BBB, they shipped it USPS. 32 days after ordering, I still have not received it. "

I placed an order on Feb. 22, 2008, they charged my credit card the 24th, and here it is March 9th and still have not received what I ordered. Shipment was promised in 5 to 8 business days. I have left several e-mails and a few phone messages to the company with no response at all. Most online companies do not charge your card till product is ready to ship. Not this company. They take your money, and then you wait. I should have read the reviews before ordering from them. I will know better next time.

Excellent Customer Service and Fast Shipping

Ordered a toner cartridge from them. It arrived today (three days earlier than I expected) and was packaged very well. Although it is a refill (that's what was on their website) it looks like a new Brother laser toner cartridge. It was not some OEM knock-off. I was impressed. Also the price was the Best on the Internet! I priced many sites and with the shipping they were alot higher for this specific item.

My only concern (not a complaint) is that I got a little confused ordering from their website so I called the toll-free number. Spoke to Mari and what a terrific sales person (never asked me to buy other stuff, etc.). She was very helpful and actually was happy, knowledgeable, and even checked with the warehouse to make sure my order would go out the same day!! Wow, what great customer service. Then she followed up with an email so that I could track the package. As I said - the package arrived three days early.

So I will be ordering from them again and highly recommend them. Great price - great customer service - fast shipping!

I ordered on 12/21/07. I didn't receive any order confirmation or shipping notification and hadn't hear a word by January 9 in spite of 3 inquiries. Their site doesn't have an option to check status. I finally received an emailed response on January 10 and received the item on January 11.

I have been using Omnipro for several years as my only ink provider and am extremely satisfied with the service and the prices. Orders are always filled expeditiously and customer service is always there to help you! I highly recommend this company and have told many friends and acquaintances about this fine organization. They advise you, via email, when your order has shipped and they give you a postal service tracking number, so you always know where your order is and when you can expect to receive it. They are also one of the very few online vendors who do not charge any shipping charges, if you are not in a great hurry to get your order. They also offer shipping options if you want to get your order quicker. I find them to be a complete, full-service vendor.

I installed a pair of ink cartridges that I had bought from Omnipro. When I opened the black cartridge package, I noticed black ink smudged on the cartridge. I figured during the filling process, the handler might have gotten ink on his/her hands

I would like to caution any prospective customers who plan to purchase ink and especially remanufactured ink from Omni Pro to think twice before doing so!! I have spent countless hours of my time over the past 7 months before receiving a comparable new printer as a result of the damage their remanufactured Lexmark cartridges caused to my printer rendering it unable to print. And even though they eventually honored the promise they had made in writing many months ago to repair or replace the printer, they still state "we don't accept fault that our ink caused any malfunction in the consumer's printer." Let me assure you that based on the unbelievable amount of time and effort it took me personally (they ignored communications from the BBB and Division of Consumer Affairs) to receive this compensation, I have still suffered a financial loss. This was my first and only purchase I will ever make from this company.
