found what I wanted on their web page, it said they had stock and the price, I called them, Sales answered promptly, and they actually had IN STOCK and at the web page price! Other stores' web sites showed stock but when I called they didn't have it. PCNation shipped the SAME DAY I ordered! Great service.

Very competitive on price, selection, and on-time shipping. Web site is a bit cumbersome in its product classifications making it somewhat difficult and time consuming to find what your looking for. Order tracking was somewhat confusing when shipping partial orders. Would definitely use this business again.

Surprised to see a large selection of high-end products at bargain prices backed up with good service. Usually, you have to pick between low prices and pleasant experience, but at PC Nation, we did not have to choose; we got both. We ended up buying two of these hefty monitors within the same week and are sure to buy again from this site.

I had some questions about the Canon Digital Rebel I was going to buy and the salesman answered everything for me. It was an easy purchase and it was nice to not have someone try to sell me items that already came in the box. The best part of the experience, was that my camera arrived in one day! The customer service rep and the system failed to fill the order. A subsequent call from the supervisor was much appreciated. The system allows you to order parts that are not in stock. The service rep adds fuel to the fire by stating you may never get what you ordered. Mgmt took responsibility but we cancelled our order as a result.

I placed an order for an IBM Scanner and an EPSON Scanner and received them in less than five days. Miguel and Aarona were really helpful. I received an email the day after I ordered to let me know that the goods were sent to the shipping company. By the end of the day another email was sent to me to let me know my items were shipped. They even gave me an estimate of the day I would get my items and the approximate time. And my items arrived exactly on November 15, at 12 noon. Customer service is great! I will definitely order from PCNation again!!!

I found PNation advertising in the Dealtime.com listing when I looked up an OKIDATA color laser printer. They were the low price provider and they represented that they had it in stock... and their button claimed free FEDEX 2-day shipping. I was disturbed that when you got to their website to order, the 2-day shipping free was not real and they still claimed they had it in stock. So I ordered and took the free 4-5 day ground method. Two days later I checked order status and they switched it to back-ordered. When I called them to check, "Will" was very nice, but could give me no ETA. A couple of days later I tried again and it was still back ordered so I cancelled and bought the same printer at my local Office Depot - in stock... $30 more, and work every penny of it.

I ordered a Nikon Coolscan V film scanner. I ordered it a day after the billing cycle closed on my credit card account so I would have an extra 45 days to pay for it. This meant I made the order on a Friday. <br> PC Nation had a 3 day free shipping offer which I accepted. Four hours after making the order I received an e-mail that the product had shipped. Since it was a weekend I concluded 3 days would optimistically mean a Wednesday delivery. I had hopes that Friday might be included in the calculations which would mean the best I could hope for was a Tuesday delivery. <br> At 20 minutes past four on MONDAY, the Federal Express man knocked on my door with my scanner!! The scanner and all accessories were in the package. PC Nation is the BEST!

Outstanding shopping experience overall. Placed my order over the phone with a very polite and knowledgeable representative. Then I received a telephone call later in the day to confirm the shipping address. The items were to arrive in 2-3 days and did so as promised. Everything was in order and looked great.
